1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Exvisor-operated websites, communities and features that link to it, including Fairee community/store pages, member accounts, listings, posts, sharing features, negotiation and support agents, payment interfaces, and Exvisor widgets or plugins.
A community member or contributor may separately collect information from you in connection with their own service. Where they independently decide how to use that information, their privacy practices—not this Policy—govern that independent use.
2. Information we may collect
Account and profile information
Name, email address, phone number if provided, account identifiers, profile photo, community memberships, preferences and authentication information.
Community and store content
Listings, descriptions, prices, photos, posts, comments, reviews, offers, negotiation preferences, store information, shared links, community rules and other material you choose to create or upload.
Transactions and activity
Items viewed, cart or checkout activity, offers and acceptances, transaction references, amount, currency, timestamps, refund/cancellation status, and information needed to prevent fraud or provide support.
Communications
Messages sent through platform features, support requests, reports, and conversations with automated or AI-assisted agents.
Technical information
IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, referring page, timestamps, cookie or similar identifiers, security events, diagnostics and server logs.
We aim to collect information that is reasonably needed for the feature you use rather than asking for information merely because it might be useful someday.
3. Where information comes from
- Directly from you when you register, create, post, buy, sell, negotiate, contact support or configure a feature.
- Automatically from your browser, device and use of the service.
- From other community members when they interact or transact with you.
- From service providers such as payment processors, identity/security tools or infrastructure providers where needed to operate the service.
- From integrations or third-party services you deliberately connect or use.
4. How we use information
Depending on the feature and applicable law, we use information to:
- Provide accounts, communities, stores, listings, sharing, agents, widgets and other requested features.
- Display information to the audience you or a community organizer selected.
- Facilitate inquiries, negotiation, purchases, payments, support and transaction records.
- Authenticate users; detect spam, fraud, abuse and security threats; enforce platform rules.
- Operate, troubleshoot, measure and improve the service.
- Communicate about transactions, service changes, safety, support and account matters.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- With appropriate permission where required, send product or community communications that you can opt out of.
5. Negotiation, support and AI-assisted conversations
When you use an agent, we process what you type or otherwise submit along with relevant listing, community and conversation context so the agent can respond and perform the requested function.
Depending on how a feature is configured, information may be processed by third-party AI or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. We should identify material providers or categories of providers in this Policy or a subprocessors page once the production stack is finalized.
Do not place passwords, full payment-card credentials, government identifiers, detailed medical records or other highly sensitive data into ordinary agent conversations unless a feature specifically and securely requests that information.
7. What becomes public—or visible to a community
Some information is meant to be shared. A public store, product listing, profile, post, photo, review or public community page can be viewed by people outside your immediate network and may be indexed, copied or reshared.
Private or invite-only settings can reduce who receives information through Exvisor, but they cannot prevent an authorized recipient from taking a screenshot, copying a message, forwarding a link or sharing information elsewhere.
If you are a contributor, avoid placing private customer information in public listing text, photographs or posts.
8. Payment information
Payments may be handled through an external payment provider or an embedded/linked payment page. The provider may collect payment-card, bank, UPI, identity or billing information directly under its own privacy policy.
Exvisor may receive limited payment-related information such as transaction ID, payer/customer reference, amount, status, currency and timestamps. We should not claim that Exvisor never receives full payment credentials unless the implemented payment architecture confirms that this is always true.
10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining transaction or tax records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, meeting legal obligations and enforcing agreements.
Different information may have different retention periods. Deleted information may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs or records we must retain by law. Production retention periods should be documented internally and reflected here where applicable law requires greater specificity.
11. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and our service. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, logging, backups, secure development practices and restrictions on service-provider access.
No internet service can promise absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly.
12. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to access personal information, correct it, delete it, obtain information about processing or sharing, withdraw consent, object or opt out of certain uses, obtain a copy, or appeal/complain about a privacy decision.
You may also be able to change profile details, community visibility, communication preferences and other settings directly in the service.
To make a privacy request, contact [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it. Some information may be retained where law permits or requires us to do so.
13. Children and family-oriented features
Some Exvisor products may be designed for families or younger users, while commerce and contractual features may have different age requirements. A child-oriented feature should have parental-consent, data-minimization and safety design appropriate to the countries where it is offered.
14. International use and data transfers
Exvisor and its service providers may operate in more than one country. As a result, information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use an appropriate legal mechanism.
15. What is outside our privacy control
We control how Exvisor handles information in systems we operate. We cannot fully control:
- What another member does with information you voluntarily send or make visible to them.
- Screenshots, downloads, copies or forwarding performed by recipients.
- Information you send through WhatsApp, email, telephone or another off-platform channel.
- A contributor's independent customer records or business practices outside Exvisor.
- The privacy and security practices of websites, payment pages, apps or services controlled by third parties.
- Information that is lawfully required to be disclosed by government or legal process.
- Security of your own device, browser, email account or network.
Where we can offer meaningful controls—such as audience settings, deletion, blocking, reporting or account security—we will aim to make those controls clear.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services and legal obligations change. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to the change and applicable law. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
