Terms of Use

The simple version: be genuine, trade responsibly, respect other people, and do not use our communities to cause harm. These Terms explain the details.

Effective: August 17, 2026Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply when you access or use Exvisor and services offered under Exvisor, including Fairee community pages, stores, listings, posts, sharing features, negotiation or support agents, payment interfaces, widgets, plugins and other community tools that link to these Terms.

We may refer to people who create communities, stores, listings or experiences as contributors, and people who discover, interact with, negotiate for or purchase them as seekers. A person may be both.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to any additional rules shown for a particular community, activity, listing or transaction.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
  • Do not impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
  • If a feature involves entering into a contract or making a payment, you must be legally able to do so. Additional age restrictions may apply to particular communities or services.
  • Community organizers may set reasonable additional participation rules, but those rules cannot override these Terms or applicable law.

3. Community rules

Exvisor is built around communities. A community may be public, private, invite-only or shared by link. Community creators can choose the purpose, tone and participation rules for their community.

Members must

  • Treat other members respectfully and communicate in good faith.
  • Use the community for its stated purpose.
  • Respect another person's decision not to interact, negotiate, buy, sell or share.
  • Follow applicable laws and any clearly disclosed community-specific rules.

Members must not

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud or deliberately mislead others.
  • Post hate, targeted abuse, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or content that facilitates violence or serious harm.
  • Spam members, scrape member information, or use community access to build unsolicited contact lists.
  • Manipulate ratings, reviews, auctions, negotiations, referrals or other community mechanisms.
  • Attempt to bypass platform security, access controls, limits or enforcement.

4. Items, services and experiences that may be offered

Contributors are responsible for ensuring that anything they list is lawful, accurately described, safe for its intended use, and something they are authorized to offer.

Generally acceptable

Ordinary lawful goods, handmade items, professional or personal services, classes, appointments, creative work, local experiences, event-related offerings and similar community commerce may be offered, subject to local law and any category-specific rules.

Not permitted

  • Stolen, counterfeit, pirated or fraudulently obtained goods or services.
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances offered unlawfully, or materials intended primarily to facilitate illegal drug use.
  • Firearms, explosives, prohibited weapons, or instructions/materials primarily intended to construct them.
  • Human trafficking, sexual services, exploitative sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Goods or services that promote terrorism, violent extremism, targeted hatred or serious physical harm.
  • Personal or confidential information sold or shared without lawful authority.
  • Fraudulent financial products, money laundering, unauthorized gambling, fake documents, stolen accounts or credentials.
  • Products or services whose sale requires a license, prescription, age verification or regulatory approval unless the contributor has the required authorization and the platform expressly supports that category.
  • Anything prohibited by law, payment-provider rules, or a specific Exvisor/Fairee policy.

We may restrict additional categories based on safety, legal, payment-network or operational considerations even where an item might otherwise be lawful.

5. Posts, photos, reviews and things you share

You retain ownership of content you create. You give Exvisor a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, resize, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure and promote the service and the community or listing in which you chose to publish it.

Do not upload material you do not have the right to use. If you post another person's photograph, contact information, testimonial or private communication, you are responsible for having any permission required by law.

Think before sharing. A post or store link may be forwarded outside its original audience. Other users may take screenshots, copy information, or share it elsewhere. We can provide controls and remove content from our own systems where appropriate, but we cannot reliably retrieve copies that other people have already saved or distributed.

6. Negotiation, support and AI-assisted agents

Some pages may include automated or AI-assisted agents that explain a listing, answer questions, negotiate within contributor-defined rules, route support requests, or assist with payment and other actions.

  • An agent may misunderstand a request or generate an incorrect response. Verify important details before relying on them.
  • A contributor is responsible for configuring the commercial rules, prices, limits, availability and information used by an agent for that contributor's offering.
  • Unless a screen expressly says otherwise, conversational statements by an automated agent are not a final contract. The final price, item, quantity, terms and amount shown at confirmation or checkout control.
  • Do not submit passwords, card credentials, government identifiers, medical information or other highly sensitive information to an agent unless the feature specifically requests it through an appropriate secure flow.
  • We may review automated interactions for safety, support, fraud prevention and service improvement as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Transactions between community members

Unless Exvisor expressly identifies itself as the seller or service provider, the contributor—not Exvisor—is offering the item, service or experience. The contributor is responsible for description, quality, legality, fulfillment, delivery, taxes, licenses, warranties, cancellations and any promises made to the seeker.

Seekers are responsible for reviewing the listing and final terms before committing. If negotiation, auction, reservation, entry fee, deposit, resale, transfer or another special mechanism is used, the specific rules displayed for that activity also apply.

We may provide communication, matching, negotiation, verification, checkout, recordkeeping or dispute-assistance tools, but that does not make us a party to every member-to-member transaction.

8. Payments, fees and refunds

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. We do not ask you to place full card or banking credentials in ordinary community posts or agent chats.

Prices, platform fees, deposits, credits, taxes and other charges should be displayed before the relevant commitment. The refund or cancellation policy shown for a specific offering applies unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment authorization, bank processing, chargebacks, settlement timing, payment-link availability and interruptions in third-party payment systems may be outside our direct control.

9. Meeting, delivery and real-world safety

Use sensible precautions when an online interaction leads to an in-person meeting, service or exchange. Verify identities and details when appropriate, meet in suitable locations, and do not proceed if something appears unsafe or fraudulent.

Exvisor cannot supervise every real-world interaction or inspect every product, venue, person or service offered by members.

10. Moderation and enforcement

We may investigate reports and may hide or remove content, limit reach, cancel access to a feature, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, prevent transactions, or refer matters to payment providers or authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, law, fraud prevention, service integrity or enforcement of these Terms.

We do not promise to pre-screen every listing, message or post, and the presence of content on the service is not an endorsement by Exvisor.

11. Exvisor intellectual property

Exvisor, Fairee and our software, interfaces, branding, designs and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms give you a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of our technology or brand.

Widgets or embed tools may have additional license terms. Do not remove required attribution, circumvent technical limits, reverse engineer restricted portions, or represent an Exvisor tool as your own service where that is not permitted.

12. Third-party sites and services

The service may open, embed or link to payment providers, maps, messaging services, AI providers, contributor websites and other third parties. Their services are controlled by them, not by Exvisor. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, contractual promises or data practices.

13. What is—and is not—in our control

We control: the Exvisor software and features we operate, our own account and security practices, our handling of data, and the platform rules we enforce.

We do not control or guarantee member honesty, item quality, independent contributor performance, external websites, internet connectivity, third-party payment systems, off-platform conversations, screenshots or copies made by others, real-world meetings, or events outside our reasonable control.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every agent answer is correct, or that every member-to-member transaction will meet expectations.

14. Responsibility and limitation of liability

Each user is responsible for their own content, conduct, offerings and commitments. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exvisor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from member conduct, third-party services, lost opportunities, or content outside our control.

Any monetary cap, exclusions that cannot legally be waived, consumer guarantees, and jurisdiction-specific rights should be finalized for the legal entity and markets in which Exvisor operates.

15. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may change features and update these Terms as the service develops. When a change is material, we will provide notice appropriate to the nature of the change and applicable law. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version.

16. Governing law and disputes

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
